Delivery Hub outcomes

01

Protect every service slot

Dispatch breakfast, lunch, and dinner drops separately without splitting the customer order.

02

Change the run without chaos

Move stops between drivers and resequence each lane as the day changes.

03

Know what actually landed

Complete each stop independently so the event status reflects the real delivery day.

The last handoff still counts

The order is not done when it leaves the kitchen A perfect tray at the wrong door is still a failed event.

Group chats can tell you a driver is late. They cannot preserve the customer, address, service time, packing detail, route position, and completion status behind every drop. Delivery Hub keeps the dispatch record attached to the order that created it.

One dispatch record

From confirmed service to completed stop

  1. Step 1

    Confirm

Delivery service slots on the sales order become dispatch stops.

  2. Step 2

    Assign

Place each stop with an internal driver or configured provider.

  3. Step 3

    Sequence

Drag stops into the order each driver should run.

  4. Step 4

    Complete

Mark one stop delivered while later drops remain open.

Paperwork and proof

Print the run, close each stop

Print a route manifest for the full driver run or a delivery slip for one order. At the door, mark the individual stop delivered without closing later drops from the same event.

  • Manifest by driver

Ordered stops, addresses, directions, service times, instructions, and order contents in one printable run.

  • Slip by order

Give the receiving contact the paperwork for the specific customer drop.

  • Delivery status per stop

Mark one stop or an entire driver lane delivered, with the ability to reopen a delivery if needed.

Optional dispatch backup

Keep the stop when your fleet cannot

When DoorDash is configured, switch one stop from your internal fleet, request a Dasher, follow its status, open tracking, or cancel the dispatch without rebuilding the customer order.

Questions dispatch teams ask

Straight answers before you open the live demo.

Where do Delivery Hub stops come from?

Each service slot on a delivery-type sales order becomes its own stop, so breakfast and lunch drops from one event can be assigned and completed separately.

Can I assign a different driver to each stop?

Yes. Drivers are assigned per stop, not per order, and stops can move between driver lanes as the day changes.

Does Prep Station automatically optimize routes?

No. Dispatchers set the stop sequence by drag and drop, then can open each driver's ordered route in Google Maps when maps are configured.

Do I need Google Maps to use Delivery Hub?

No. Stop lists, driver assignment, sequencing, manifests, slips, and delivery status still work without the map. The visual route map requires account configuration.

Can I send one stop to DoorDash?

Yes. When DoorDash is configured, an individual stop can switch from the internal fleet to DoorDash, be dispatched, tracked, or cancelled from the hub.

Can drivers mark one drop delivered without closing the order?

Yes. Delivery status is recorded per stop, so an early drop can be complete while later service slots remain pending.

Do I need a credit card for the live demo?

No. The live demo does not require a credit card, and you can cancel anytime.
